StillWaterWay offers select yacht charter services, which include but are not limited to:

  • Day-long yacht hires
  • Evening cruises
  • Business getaways
  • Private gatherings
  • Extended charters

Services are provided based on their availability and weather conditions. We hold the right to alter or cease services whenever necessary.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

When booking a charter, the following requirements must be met:

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of precise and complete information
  • Payment of the specified deposit as noted in your booking confirmation
  • Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmations are valid once payment is made and we have issued a written confirmation. We have the discretion to decline services to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Availability of charters is contingent on vessel accessibility and favorable weather. We strive to honor your preferred scheduling.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All quoted prices are in € and include all relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the entire charter cost, payable at the time of reservation
  • Balance: To be paid 48 hours before the charter's departure
  • Extra charges (if applicable): To be settled at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made using major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. Payment processing occurs through secure and encrypted channels.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • With over 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement, excluding processing charges
  • Between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement

5.2 Adverse Weather Cancellations

In cases where the captain deems weather conditions unsafe, the options include:

  • Rescheduling the charter to an alternative date without further charges
  • Issuing a complete refund should rescheduling prove impracticable

5.3 Vessel Malfunctions

Should there be mechanical issues with the assigned vessel, we will strive to arrange an adequate replacement. If no substitution is feasible, a full reimbursement will be given.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Every passenger must:

  • Adhere to instructions given by the crew
  • Use the safety equipment as directed
  • Declare any medical conditions that may affect their safety
  • Stay within the designated areas on the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Objects

The following objects are not allowed on the vessel:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or any weapons
  • Excessive amounts of beverages (more than reasonable consumption)
  • Pets (except if previously authorized)

6.3 Behavior

Passengers are expected to act with respect. A charter may be terminated early without a refund if the behavior of any passenger becomes a safety concern or disrupts the experience for others.

7. Liabilities and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

We are liable only to the extent of fees paid for the charter. We disclaim responsibility for:

  • Injuries sustained through passenger negligence
  • Theft or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Delays arising from weather or events beyond our control

7.2 Insurance

Comprehensive marine insurance is maintained for our fleet and operations. It is passengers' responsibility to ensure they have appropriate travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risks

Engaging in our charter services signifies your acceptance of the inherent risks associated with such activities and you take on the responsibility for your own safety and security.

8. Amendments to Itineraries

We retain the right to adjust travel routes, itineraries, or schedules in response to weather conditions, safety priorities, or operational demands. We will make every effort to offer equivalent alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We bear no liability for interruptions, alterations, or cancellations due to factors outside our control, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather phenomena
  • Natural catastrophes
  • Regulatory mandates
  • Port shutdowns
  • Breakdowns

10. Privacy and Data Usage

We handle your private information in concordance with our Privacy Policy. Your utilization of our services signifies your consent to the collection and application of your information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
