What does the standard yacht rental come with?
Each rental comes staffed with a professional crew, complete safety gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Specific amenities may vary depending on the type of service — for example, evening cruises offer premium drinks and snacks, whereas business rentals provide conference amenities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
It's advised to book your yacht at least 2–3 weeks in advance, to secure your slot, particularly during the high season from May to September. For business gatherings and private events, a 4–6 week lead time is ideal to ensure availability and customization.
What are the protocols for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our first concern. Should our captain determine the weather is too dangerous, we'll propose a rescheduling to an alternate date or supply a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather forecast and will reach out to you if problematic conditions are foreseen 24 hours prior to departure.
Might I supply my own food and non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes, guests may bring their own provisions. However, we also provide exceptional catering and can tailor menu options to your taste. Please note for safety, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you have yachts suitable for passengers with mobility impairments?
We aim to service all our clients. While some yachts have better provisions for accessibility, it's best to discuss specific needs upon booking to suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrangements.
What is your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations done 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is issued. If you cancel between 24–72 hours prior, a 50% refund is granted. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded unless cancellation is due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
